The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.

What you'll do:
We are currently seeking an Ethics & Compliance Program Manager. This position is based at our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH with hybrid work available.
Position Overview:
Eaton is one of the World's Most Ethical companies and always strives to evolve and improve its Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. The E&C Program Manager's role is critical to our program's success, evolution and improvement. The Program Manager will oversee Eaton's online compliance learning program (including managing the relationship with our key vendor); support and manage other global Ethics & Compliance projects and initiatives, including building our digital capabilities; maintain E&C's SharePoint and Team's sites and drive organizational efficiency; and help improve E&C's data analytics.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the annual online compliance training, and E&C's certification and affirmation processes, including (a) monitor completion rates and drive processes to ensure completion and accountability (b)manage Eaton's online compliance training vendor; (c) review course content and ensure seamless deployment; (d)report out on training data to relevant stakeholders.
• Execute audits of ethics matters and conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy; conduct team trainings on matter management best practices, opportunities for improvement, and lessons learned.
• Manage, monitor, and improve Eaton's gift and entertainment disclosure tool.
• Support special projects, including applying for recognitions and certifications (World's Most Ethical companies, etc.)
• Manage Eaton's Global Ethics Ambassador program including project planning, coordinating meetings, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication.
• Manage and coordinate changes to E&C SharePoint and Teams
• Continuously improve the E&C team's efficiency assessing processes, driving improvements, and leveraging digital tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 4 years of prior project management and/or data analytics experience.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in project management concepts, methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of one or more common data analysis tools
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Position Criteria:
• Effectively manage multiple priorities often with demanding time constraints
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to motivate and help the team
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to achieve clear alignment between the E&C team and across the organization
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams capabilities, architecture, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Creative thinker who challenges the status quo, and demonstrates the ability to stay current with the latest digital and technologies trends and tools.
• 10% travel required
