We are currently seeking an Enterprise Architect - Digital Manufacturing to join our global Corporate IT team. The preferred location for this position is our corporate office in Beachwood, OH, but could also be based at one of our major IT hubs in the US, including Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Galesburg, MI, or Houston, TX. Up to 10% travel is expected. Candidates must be within 50 miles of these locations as relocation assistance is not available.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will define the architecture of our next generation manufacturing operations management / execution system for the enterprise. Architecture will span data, infrastructure, and technology domains. You will work with cross functional and global teams including the digital manufacturing team, plant leadership, and other architects to define to bring strategy and architecture to life.
This role has an Enterprise Focus and is responsible for the provision of the appropriate architecture framework for all enterprise strategies and solutions. It provides the technical strategy and supporting IT frameworks to guide the successful design, deployment and operations of IT solutions; Key Programs. Additionally, as part of the Enterprise architecture team, you will be responsible for establishing standards & guidelines, architecture patterns, reusable assets, and decision trees to improve productivity and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years in IT with experience in multiple technology platforms
• Minimum of 5 years in IT Architecture (Systems and Solution Architecture)
• IT Architecture experience within the manufacturing industry
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years in IT Enterprise level Architecture
• Strong understanding of ERP (SAP, Oracle EBS), PLM (Enovia), MES (Apriso) and SCADA (Ignition)
• Experience and knowledge of digital thread across Product Development (Engineering), Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with shop floor data & analytics
• Experience in management consulting
• Demonstrated experience in architecting digital manufacturing solutions including large scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Skills:
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations and capabilities.
• Good understanding of data and interoperability / application integration / event driven integration.
• Expertise in the design, development, optimization and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications
• Experience successfully delivering on all aspects of an enterprise-wide, global project
• Subject matter expert on architecture
• Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong presentation skills, learner, passionate, results oriented.
• Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
• Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex architectural issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve them
• Experience interacting at the executive level and influencing leadership and key stakeholders on technology solutions.
• Experience managing high-level technical delivery.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $141000.03 - $206800.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
