Provide technical ideas and support design team on the existing products/ NPD to manufacturing, Marketing and Engineering areas. Plan, lead and participate in the idea generations, and evaluate the ideas to implement the Savings plan thru Value Engineering principles"
" Tech expertise on Problem solving and Design recommendations
- Proficient in CAD and PLM Softwares ( Solidworks, Enovia, SAP) - Sheetmetal and Polymer technolgy.
- Knowledge on Product Teardown analysis, Benchmarking and generate ideas for cost savings opportutnities and drive the implenataion to realise savings goal for the region with good collaboration with multi diverse teams globally.

- Detailed understanding on the NPD/ NPI methodolgies and design phases of the Prod life cycle.
- Modify existing product designs to support customer, manufacturing, applicable regulatory and industry standard, and market requirements.
- Exp in BOM Costing and able to do Cost analysis at component/ part level basis on the BOM Composition.
- Knowledge in working electromechanical systems with product standards UL, IEC, NEC etc
- Exp in Component selection process with thermal and stress analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills. A high degree of aptitude, creativity, and self-direction is required"
Qualifications:
BE/ Btech/ ME/ Mtech - Mech/Mechatronics Engg
5-7 yrs, preferably for Electromech products
Skills:
CAD Modeling, GD&T,Simulation, Idea Generation.
Data Analytics (Good to have), MS Office, Communication, Diverse team Engagements
