What you'll do:
This position provides support in the area of the Integrated Management System in the PMCC organization. This will include the coordination and deployment of the Integrated Management System in respect to the requirements of the Eaton Business System and the relevant standards, e.g. ISO 9001 "quality management systems", ISO 14001 "environmental management systems", ISO 50001 "energy management systems", ISO 45001 "occupational health and safety management systems", ISO 22301 "business continuity management systems" and IATF 16949 "automotive quality management systems". The incumbent collaborates with a cross-functional team to support divisional initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness of the business processes.
- Deploy and maintain the management system and support a process oriented organization
- Monitor that the requirement of relevant standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, ISO 22301 and IATF 16949 are fulfilled and the organization holds the certifications
- Support the fulfilment of internal requirements of EBS with respect to the tools e.g., OpA, EQMS, MESH ...
- Support internal audits and external audits to demonstrate and ensure the effectiveness of the management system
- Support continuous improvement supporting the business processes including best practice sharing within the organization
- Maintain the documentation of the management system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering.
- Experience in electrical, automotive or manufacturing business within quality and management systems field.
- Fluent both in German and English.
Skills:
- Experience in management systems and system certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge in relevant standards: e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, ISO 22301 and IATF 16949, etc.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and technics
- Certified manager and auditor for relevant functions and disciplines is a plus
- Thinking in a creative manner and concurrently focused on problem solving
