What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
• This position is responsible for the supervision of Supplier Management and Quality Control areas of Quality team. Responsible for Non-conformity management for Internal and Supplier issues, Incoming inspection process/ improvements, Supplier Assessments (SSA) and periodically audits according to EQMS, obtain Credit notes & management Warranty process with suppliers.

• Responsible for the management of Quality alerts to 3rd parties supplies, Eaton Companies, conduct, support culture and manage root cause analysis and action plan of issues from manufacture process. Support periodically processes checks, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA review (Design and Process) and Quality stock management.
• This position supports Operation Manager Ex Manager leading CONC management (Cost Of Non-Conformance) through Scrap and Rework analysis/ improvements and Continuous improvement area developing people on the culture of ZERO Defect and maintaining a robust Manufacturing process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Monitoring and technical support in manufacture process as a Quality support.
• Supplier audits and Assessments;
• Basic Problem Solving Methodology (Root cause analysis)
• Approvals of new products with customers. Control of product approvals. Try-outs monitoring
• Management and leadership of the team Supplier Management and Quality Control teams. Determine efficient and understandable working methods and incorporate improvements to manufacturing.
• Supplier Management process (Audits, Assessments, PPAP evaluation, FMEA, Critical to Quality quotas and other)
• Defining priorities, as well as finding solutions for quality improvement, processes and cost reduction.
• Management of Material Review Board analysis to destinate material for Scrao, Rework, Warranty (Supplier) or other improvement/ need.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control, Supplier Management process or other Quality process;
- Advanced English (will frequently participate in meetings);
- Technical knowledge in the area of manufacturing processes, production and systems application;
- Experience leading complex projects.
Additional Specialized Knowledge
• Apply statistical methods in capability studies to improve the level of quality of production processes;
• Must have ability to motivate, counsel and constructively deal with people from all levels;
• Must have knowledge of Quality System, Lean Manufacturing and Quality Tools;
• Must be a trainer of people, leading the team to ethics and correct quality control activities;
• Must be capable of sustained learning and improvement;
• Must be high personal integrity, and strong commitment to ethical behavior;
• Ability to Lead multiple and complex projects, relationships and influence across organizational boundaries;
• Basic financial knowledge for capital plan, asset management, project management, budgeting and profit planning;
• Leadership skills, Drive for Results and Demonstrate adaptability.
Desirable
• Green or Black belt certification will be a differential;
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Leader auditor will be a differential.
