What you'll do:

The primary function of the job is to manage all PDSS Solution sales efforts for assigned market segments in China, either direct or through partners; as well as to achieve annual sales and growth targets.

"1、负责储能、直流超充预制舱等能源转型产品的全生命周期管理, 包括产品型号的规划、定义、开发及迭代。主导产品从需求分析到量产落地的全流程, 制定发展路线图, 平衡技术可行性、市场需求与成本, 确保竞争力;
2、洞察与归纳产品的市场与用户需求, 深入分析新能源行业政策、技术趋势及竞品动态, 挖掘储能系统 (户用/工商业/电网侧) 及直流超充系统 (大功率快充、V2G技术等) 的应用场景需求。通过用户调研、客户访谈及数据分析, 提炼核心功能定义, 负责创建、更新产品需求文档及宣传资料;
3、协调工厂生产部门 (硬件、软件、供应链) , 推动储能等产品的电气架构设计、安全标准 (如UL、CE、GB) 及关键性能指标 (如充放电效率、兼容性) 达成。熟悉储能及直流超充产品相关标准及数据互通协议, 确保产品符合行业规范及互联互通要求;
4、负责储能及直流超充产品商业化与生态建设, 制定产品定价策略, 为销售团队提供产品的技术培训与售前支持, 跟踪项目机会, 负责方案设计、报价及客户沟通。探索光储充一体化、虚拟电厂 (VPP) 等创新商业模式, 推动与新能源投资商、能源运营商、新能源车企及平台方的生态合作;

5、负责产品竞争力的持续优化, 不断监控产品的市场反馈、故障率及运营数据, 导迭代升级与成本优化。跟踪国际标准演进 (如碳中和政策、电网接入规范) , 提前布局下一代高电压平台、液冷超充及全直流供配电等技术方向。"

Qualifications:

College and above
More than 3 years in the renewable energy
1、本科及以上学历, 电力电子、电气工程、新能源等相关专业背景;
2、三年以上储能/充电桩领域业务经验, 目标导向

Skills:

适应快节奏创新环境, 有新能源制造业头部企业就职背景者优先;
熟悉锂电池技术、PCS变流器、电力电子核心模块 (如功率器件、散热方案) , 具备技术方案撰写及产品沟通、报价能力, 熟练使用AutoCAD等绘图工具;
逻辑清晰, 语言表达能力强, 具有较强的沟通能力和交际技巧, 良好的团队合作能力, 责任心强, 勇于挑战;
良好的英语书写和沟通能力, CET-4以上, 熟悉海外市场, 有涉外商务谈判能力者优先。
