Eaton's Aerospace Division is currently seeking an EHS Technician to join our team. This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility
The expected annual salary range for this role is $45749.97 - $67099.96 a year.

What you'll do:
Primary function or overall purpose of your position.
The EHS Technician will assist the EHS Manager with all day-to-day EHS department duties. The EHS Technician supports operations by assisting the EHS Manager to maintain and enhance environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role will assist in implementing safety initiatives, conducting audits, and ensuring a safe working environment. Within the role, you will apply your EHS knowledge and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for yourself and others, and achieve short-term and long-term business goals.

General Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain general knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist with EHS tours, audits, and inspections to document compliance status.
• Collect data, prepare reports/trending analysis as required.
• Assist with enforcement, communication, and improvement of EHS programs.
• Conduct new hire EHS orientations and other EHS trainings as assigned.
• Maintain EHS files and records.
• Help implement new programs, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the 3E Safety Data Sheet System including the annual review of SDSs
• Identify and suggest improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety culture.
• Assist in the implementation of new EHS initiatives and best practices.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to reinforce a safety-first culture.
• All other duties as deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Minimum of (1) year experience working in an Environmental, Health & Safety role in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of OSHA and other regulated programs/agencies
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- No relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of Glenolden, PA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

- Proven computer proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conduct training classes
