What you'll do:
- Compiles, updates, timely interprets & monitors all EHS regulations in daily practices to ensure site compliance with local EHS Legal requirements.
- Implements & continuously improves EHS policies and procedures to meet MESH guidelines with site leadership team & MESH committee support.
- Reports on the performance of MESH System to top management for review and as a basis for improvement through MESH Prism system & factory KPI report update.
- Aligns site EHS goal setting with corporate/Business EHS goals and strive for the accomplishment.
- Effectively communicates EHS programs and Policies to management team and employees.
- Researches, designs, implements and conducts EHS training for EHS programs.
- Communicates with HR to arrange related employees to attend mandatory EHS training held by government.
- Conducts evaluations of EHS related risk at the site level, identifies specific issues and facilitates actions that address those issues, reduces or eliminates industrial accidents and health hazards.
- Evaluates and determines the appropriate equipment/PPE for personnel protection, emissions abatement, water quality, Occupational Health and property protection.
- Communicates related EHS issues with local authority departments and keep proper record.
- Strictly follows EHS incident report procedure to corporate/legal department & maintain corporate MESH data collection system.
- Drives EHS related sustainability goal as continuous improvement.
- Facilitates for whole site & ERT team for emergency response with training, drill, etc.
- Schedule & follow up for regular facility environmental, safety inspection & action required.
- Strong capability in optimizing investment/ resource for related hardware and implementations with achieving Eaton MESH and legal EHS requirement.
- Supervises maintenance and repair of facilities, includes security management, fire control system, AC system, water management, special equipment, all buildings etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Environmental Science / Engineering or Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of national and local EHS standards and regulations. At least 6 years of proven experience in EHS management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry in MNC, with proper EHS Management system (e.g. ISO45001/ISO5001/ISO14001/SA 8000) in place.
- National Certified Safety engineer is preferred.
- Leadership experience is a must to drive a culture of safety and compliance. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Good English skills (verbal, written).
