Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a ECommerce Analyst. This is a remote role within the United States.
What you'll do:
The Ecommerce Analyst drives Eaton's E-Commerce growth by managing EDI relationships between Eaton's businesses and customers. They oversee daily EDI activities, coordinate with departments like IT, Sales, Marketing, Shipping, Billing, and Finance, and analyze ways to increase EDI volumes and automate orders. They conduct SAP/SAP S4 QTC testing and assess system changes' impact on the business. The analyst also leads customer discussions and presentations about EDI requirements and research related to E-Commerce or SAP/SAP S4 QTC initiatives.

- Manage the establishment of EDI trading partner relationships with customers - both direct and distributors - by being the focal point of all requests as well as by aggressively pursuing potential trading partners that represent significant business opportunities to Eaton's Business Units as it relates to EDI. Included will be all agreements on standards, set-up of any conversion tables, and agreement on transaction sets to be used.
- Manage the implementation of new EDI trading partners by submitting, testing, and approving new trading partner set up requests to the Corporate EDI team and submitting, testing and approving map changes associated with the implementation of new partners.
- Maintain all technical aspects of the operating system relating to updates of standards, conversion tables, procedures, etc. This includes all necessary interactions with trading partners, corporate and division MIS, and internal departments.
- Oversee the daily operation of EDI functions. This will include daily monitoring and exception management of all inbound and outbound EDI transactions to verify completion. Any transaction failing to be completed satisfactorily will require administrator's oversight or intervention to correct in a timely manner. This will be done in conjunction with trading partners and internal Business Unit.
- Provide appropriate weekly and monthly EDI metrics in accordance with established goals, as well as appropriate project plans for meeting established goals. This includes any data analysis and recommendations for process/program changes that would provide opportunities for exceeding established goals.
- Execute all SAP/SAP S4 QTC testing in a timely manner. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources. Reconciles conflicting information and makes effective decisions on validity of system changes. Understand and communicate severity of impact on current system.
- Provide consulting and subject matter expertise in SAP/SAP S4 QTC to Business Unit employees. Includes education/training, problem/issue resolution, and project management. Drive the use of standard processes and applications while benchmarking other divisions for process improvements.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience and/or experience with Electronic Data Interface (EDI) and Vendor Management Inventory (VMI).
- Minimum 2 years of experience using SAP and/or SAP S4
- Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business.
- Knowledge of SAP/SAP S4.
- Experience with Electronic Data Interface (EDI) & Vendor Management Inventory (VMI).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers via phone, e-mail, and other written and verbal communication mediums.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under stress.
- Strong logic and programming skills.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.
