What you'll do:
The primary function of the job is to manage all channel partner sales efforts within the country and achieving annual sales (both of DPQ and Flow market) and growth targets.
A. Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each selected Key Partners
B. Responsible for managing and develop Channel partners, building sales pipeline through demonstrated account
C. Conduct quarterly and annual business review with Channel Key Partners to monitor progress and make adjustments to short term and long-term plans
D. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects
E. Develop and implement business plans and promote whitespace solutions to to increase market-share and profitability of products, solutions and services

F. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
G. Ensure the execution of Channel Programs and the competencies requirements for channel partners are met
H. Work with marketing primes to implement the company's marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
I. Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
J. Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
K. Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton's Philosophy and Values
L. Other duties as assigned
M. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
- 10+ years of sales experience, 7+ years sales experience in channel management
- A. Strategic thinking and planning with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Must be experienced in competitive benchmarking of features and price, new product requirement definition, business plan development, value proposition development, new product launch, forecasting.Ability to think and act strategically.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
- Strong data mining and analysis skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
