Eaton's Electrical Assemblies & Residential Solutions (ARS) group is currently seeking a Division Quality Manager for its Residential & Wiring Devices (RWD) division - 9 manufacturing sites, and distribution centers across US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, and China. This position will be based out of Peachtree City, GA. Relocation assistance will be provided. Global travel from 25-50% will be required.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, our Division Quality Manager is tasked with developing and advancing Eaton's Quality Management System (EQMS) and strategic initiatives to meet both short-term and long-term quality improvement goals. This role supports and leads quality efforts for the RWD division, encompassing new product development, strategic growth initiatives, Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE), vendor supplier quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position ensures that products meet or exceed quality and safety specifications. As a people manager, this role directly oversees a team of 3 and provides indirect functional leadership to a team of 11.

In this role you will:
• Quality Functional Management through planning and management of quality operations within the division to establish and deploy quality goals that exceed customer expectations and achieve division goals
• Manage quality processes to contribute to profitability, inventory, and growth by driving quality culture through training and special programs
• Improve quality reporting using digital tools to track and improve High 5 quality metrics: CONC, External Customer DPPM, Supplier DPPM, Layered Process Audits (LPA), training competency
• Facilitate Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS) with robust audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and customer requirements
• Lead product safety processes and council meetings
• Conduct Supplier Quality audits and assessments and product audits in order to identify opportunities for improvement and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
• Complete failure analysis and resolve customer complaints, while driving process and product design improvements
• Provide leadership and training on key quality tools (APQP, ProLaunch, FMEA, etc.)
• Ensure quality of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) deliverables on new projects
• Track and resolve supplier quality issues and ensure compliance with PPAP and change management
• Manage Supplier Quality Engineering team and develop leadership pipeline through coaching and training.

Your Qualifications:
• Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in the electrical and/or manufacturing industries as it relates to quality and the proven ability to meet or exceed metrics that drive business growth
• Proven practitioner in problem solving skills and lean methodology (six sigma, A3, 8D, 5WHY and Shainin Red X), and implementation of those techniques successfully across a multi-site manufacturing setting
• Seasoned manager of people (minimum 5 years) that has a passion for employee engagement, training, and excellent, collaborative communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering (ECE), business administration or other STEM degree from an accredited institution
• Must be authorized to work in the US now and in the future without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive ISO 9001 experience in a global setting
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Master's degree in quality, engineering, administration or other science

The expected annual salary range for this role is $136,500 - $195,000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
