Eaton's Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business (GEIS) is hiring a Director, Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness (TMOE). The role can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Syracuse, NY. Relocation assistance is offered for this position. This position requires 25% travel.
The Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness (TMOE) will be at the forefront of driving organizational design, team effectiveness, talent and change management within the GEIS business. This global role involves designing, implementing, and spearheading all aspects of the GEIS talent management strategy. Key responsibilities include talent development, succession planning, and leader upskilling that aligns with the business strategy and initiatives related to culture, employee engagement, and inclusion.

Essential responsibilities include:
Talent Strategy
- Drive Transformational Change: Partner with group, region, and functional leaders to align the talent strategy with the business's strategic objectives and annual goals, ensuring impactful and sustainable change.
- Talent Excellence: Oversee the Organizational Capability Assessment (OCA) and performance management processes to attract, hire, coach, and retain top talent. Foster active collaboration with key stakeholders on performance expectations, metrics assessment, and action execution for a robust talent process.
- Shape the Future: Conduct organizational design and team effectiveness assessments and diagnostics to address short, mid, and long-term future needs, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for growth and success.
- Leadership Development: Define and deploy innovative solutions to address leader development needs, supporting Eaton's vision, aspirational goals, leadership attributes, and brand promise.
- Elevate Employee Experience: Continuous focus and improvement on employee engagement and experience by analyzing survey data, managing the HR talent scorecard, and identifying key HR metric trends. Develop and implement action plans to enhance the overall employee experience
- Cultural Evolution: Lead initiatives to drive impactful cultural evolution and leader upskilling, fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Drive engagement, diversity, and inclusion strategies that integrate an I&D mindset into management practices and behaviors across the business.
- Build HR Excellence: Develop HR functional excellence by upskilling and enhancing the capabilities of the HR function, ensuring a high-performing and future-ready team.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in Talent Management/Organizational Development and/or Human Resources of increasing responsibility in progressive Human Resources environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship both now and in the future.
• Relocation assistance is offered for this position. The role can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Syracuse, NY. This position requires 25% domestic and international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree from an accredited institution strongly preferred.
• Individual and/or team coaching certification

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 - $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
