Eaton's Corporate Information Technology team is looking for a Director of Cybersecurity Governance for our Platform, Connected Products, and Field Services. This position could be based at our Corporate office in Beachwood, OH, or another major IT hub in the US, including Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Galesburg, MI, or Houston, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Up to 25% travel is required.

What you'll do:

The Director of Cybersecurity Governance for Platform, Connected Products, and Field Services is responsible for designing and overseeing the security governance and architecture of Eaton's Brightlayer platforms. This role ensures secure operations across data centers, industrial environments, on-premises, and cloud infrastructures as well as guiding the customer-facing organization through certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security governance frameworks and architectures for Brightlayer utilities, ensuring secure operations in both data centers and industrial environments. You will define and enforce security governance for on-premises and cloud infrastructures, overseeing architecture, development, and testing to ensure compliance with security standards.

Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the cybersecurity services support team to integrate security governance measures into service offerings and practices. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and security reviews for platforms, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve the overall security posture.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining security policies and procedures for platform operations, ensuring they are up-to-date and align with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity governance and architecture.
• Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the listed locations.
• Sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of advanced security principles, including encryption, network security, and application security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $172500.03 - $253000.04 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
