You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration of software components. Your expertise and knowledge of DevOps best practices will play a crucial role in enabling our team to deliver high-quality software solutions with speed and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to establish and optimize the software delivery pipeline.
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure and tools required for automated build, deployment, and monitoring of software applications.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Configure and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to enable efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to enable reproducible and scalable infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor and improve system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure the implementation of secure practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the DevOps and cloud computing space, and make recommendations for their adoption when appropriate.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Desired Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with related tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Solid scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like ELK stack, Prometheus, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- B.E. / B Tech / M Tech,
- 10 Years +
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues in distributed systems and propose effective solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and operations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A15Experience in driving organizational change and promoting DevOps culture and practices.
Problem-solving and Troubleshooting:
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues in distributed systems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting production issues.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures within DevOps processes.
Continuous Learning:
• Demonstrated passion for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
• Active participation in conferences, webinars, or relevant industry forums.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar, are a plus.
