What you'll do:
Support in 3-ph SERVICE operations in service delivery to serve existing customers
1. Providing high level of customer service and atleast 10-12 Years of experience in handling 3-phase UPS Break Down Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & installation and commissioning.
2. Ability to handle team of 2-3 engineers.
3. Ability to execute projects and related vendor coordination.
4. Assign calls to ASPs and closely working with to get task completion.
5. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
6. Conducting safety checks on all UPS and supplied equipment during routine visit.
7. Onsite training to Customer's facility team & maintain records to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective UPS system use

8. To search for various business opportunities to increase service revenue by means of generating enquiries for AMC, UPS accessories & batteries etc.
9. Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
10. Providing recommendations about new features and UPS performance improvements.
11. Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
12. To ensure the measuring instruments are calibrated and all items are available in the tool kit to use on field as and when required.
13. Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
14. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Qualifications:
• Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering is highly desirable
Skills:
• Process oriented and customer focused individual with a drive to provide highest level of field service support to the team to improve sales and profitability.
• Requires knowledge for UPS as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills
