Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher. This role is located out of Raleigh, NC.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $56,250 - $82,500 a year.

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of communication between customers, service teams, and management. The role involves coordinating schedules, manageing service request and emsuing timely and efficient resolution of customer inquriries.

What you'll do:
- Provide administrative and clerical support services to organizational units.
- Schedule service request in compliance with warranty, contractual, or time and diagnostic compliance while meeting customer deadlines
- Manage service request from internal and external customers with emphasis on error free management and same day order entry
- Expedite orders to ensure customer expectations are met and /or exceeded
- Proactively communicate with both internal and external customers regarding order verificaion, order status, pricing and shipment information
- Work directly with interfacing departments to ensure order fulfillment
- Prepare reports, presentations and communications in a professional manner to effectively summarize data
- Effectively implement processes designed to deliver world class customer service
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience
• Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
• No relocation offered, candidates within 50-mile radius considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce and Oracle
• Experience working in a call center environment
Skills:
- Requires excellent written and oral communication competency
- Must have organizational and multi-tasking mastery, with the ability to dffectively priortize and balance workload
- Strong interpersonal skills
