What you'll do:

As the Customer Projects Document Controller you will report into the Customer Project Management Manager and will be part of the Centre of Competence UR&I .

You will be involved in projects/orders in the following products: electrotechnical switching distribution devices (medium and low voltage). Modularly furnished standard systems with customer specific solutions. Unique customer made solutions, with visibility in the market (including Aftermarket).

Assignments will come via the Customer Project managers .

Project/Order Management volume of 3-20 orders per Project manager. Projects different stages of execution, lead times of 12 weeks - 1 year, value up to €2,5 Mln. per order/project. Multidisciplinary environment.

Your main duties:

• Managing all incoming documents via customer document management system

• Managing uploading documents for approval into customer document system

• Register all document submissions accurate in data base (Excel or Sharepoint)

• Follow up on documents milestone to customer

• Follow up on documents milestone suppliers

• Expedite on document to suppliers (internal / external)

• Distribute documents within team members / suppliers

• Weekly Metrics - overdue

• Regular document control meeting with customer document control - leading

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar

Skills:

• Professional administrative skills

• Pro-active behaviour, team player, detail-oriented.

• Presenting skills towards management level - customers/external stakeholders) including communication skills

• Ability to work within an international, diverse matrix organisation

• English language skills
