We are seeking a Country Sales Manager UAE - Life Safety Division (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:

What you'll do:

The role shall report directly to Life Safety- Commercial Director, incumbent shall Lead Team of Sales Managers or Sales Engineers to achieve growth for Life Safety business in UAE region.

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing plans, both short and long term to ensure profit growth and expansion of products and of services, which includes strategies covering the introduction of new product lines and both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in line with targeted growth in region.
  • Develop short term and long-term action plans, designed to ensure Eaton's target for growth in the assigned territory are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure timely and accurate quotations to address projects/opportunities in assigned areas.
  • Prepare accurate and timely analysis on a monthly, weekly, and quarterly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.
  • Provide technical backup and design proposals to ensure client approvals for ongoing projects.
  • Effectively manage the design and implementation of projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth execution and handover.
  • Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals of Eaton products.
  • Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure desired market position .
  • Provide advice and guidance to management regarding product requirements for the target market with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable growth.
  • Undertake Distributor management to ensure customer satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
  • Regular Account Management and appoint new partners/re-sellers as applicable to maximize Eaton market share.
  • Collaborate with other Eaton divisions to support and deliver cross selling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems of which at least 5 years should be as Team leader.

Skills:

  • The candidate must have strong direct selling skills and established contacts in the UAE,
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Presentation expertise, effective communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge of electrical or Life Safety Systems, and proficiency in using a PC.
