The expected annual salary range for this role is $120075.03 - $176110.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
- Develop accurate and efficient financial models for valuations, benchmarking, and planning purposes
- Perform detailed valuations for acquisition/divestiture opportunities
- Support developing presentation of valuation and strategy work to senior leaderships
- Coordinate due diligence efforts across corporate functional and business operating teams
- Support contract negotiations as necessary
- Support transition plan to integration teams
- Develop compelling materials to advance and/or advocate our corporate strategy with the audience including management, our Board, and the investment community
- Conduct analysis to understand and frame thinking on key strategic issues to drive strategy for the entire corporation
- Perform company, market, and industry analyses and assesses attractiveness
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited university with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of work experience. Experience must include one or a combination of the following: corporate development, corporate strategic planning, consulting, finance, and/or investment banking.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- 1+ years of merger and acquisition experience
