What you'll do:

Job Summary
Act as a marketing and communication coordinator with development of strategies and market intelligence for the key segments of the company - Data Center & Untility.

Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to convey the company's value propositions for key segments Data Center and Utilities key.
2. Create and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services, highlighting their benefits and competitive differentials.

3. Generate an environment and process self-fed with market intelligence information, supporting decision-making and adjustment of the strategies of the focus segments.
4. Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure that marketing messages are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
6. Produce marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, press releases, and digital content, that effectively communicate the company's value propositions.
7. Manage the company's presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring that the brand is represented in a professional and impactful manner.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with the media, influencers, and other stakeholders to increase the company's visibility and credibility in the market.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Administration or related areas
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications (in electrical industry) preferably in the Data Center and Energy Utilities segments
  • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Ability to develop and implement effective and innovative marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge in market analysis and competitive intelligence
  • Proactivity, creativity and results-oriented
  • Availability to work 3x2 in São Paulo

  • Excel and Power Point mandatory
