We are seeking an experienced Control Coordinator Analyst to join our Middle East team in Dubai, UAE.
What you'll do:
The Control Coordinator Analyst will have as main responsibility to support for the admin and documentation control compliance within our entities in the ME in order to avoid any unwelcoming impacts into our business.

This role will mainly focus on ensuring the compliance with proper reconciliation and documentation review by sampling method within the different entities across the region in addition to the below:
- Reconciliation of Importation, including documentation check for imports (UAE & KSA).
- AR & AP booking correction instructions to GFSS, CS/PM Teams to book correctly in case of any VAT related error.
- FX Revaluation for German VAT refund amounts
- Sampling of documentation check for exports and drop shipment and summary to leadership in ME
- AR manual invoice booking (KSA and UAE) - Milestone billing, advance payments and invoices for Dubai Treasury Center
- Monthly BSR support
- Audit documentation/workings preparation support for ME (example: every year Annual revenue and VAT Revenue reconciliation)
- Support to E-invoice projects (KSA and it will be UAE in 2025-26)
- Support to COE VAT team (follow the VAT payment, follow VAT corrections, VAT refunds,... etc)
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance administrative support role
Skills:
- VAT / Tax experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Maintain a high level of ethical standards.
- Must have a proactive attitude (vs reactive).
- Requires good administrative and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work to deadlines and handle concentrated quantities of work within certain timeframes of the month/year.
- Requires good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate both orally and written with a variety of personnel levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
