We are recruiting for a Commercial Operations Manager.
What you'll do:
- Technology Adoption: Sponsor the adoption of core technologies like CRM, sales enablement tools, and analytics to enhance sales operations;
- Training and Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and Sales Training to implement onboarding programs that reduce sales ramp-up time and ensure effective competency learning;
- Enhanced Deal Reviews: Own and ensure the effective deployment and use of enhanced deal review processes;
- Operational Strategy: Contribute to defining and deploying a standardized operating and go-to-market strategy for EMEA sales units, including meeting frequency, participants, and agendas;
- Sales Ops Community: Participate in the Sales Ops community of practice to harmonize business processes and improve productivity;
- Performance Metrics: Identify and utilize metrics aligned with sales growth strategies to measure improvements in processes, methodologies, and profitability;
- Negotiation Leadership: Lead the process and timeline for large deal terms and conditions negotiations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements;
- Data Quality Management: Serve as the lead for country master data quality across platforms and ensure CRM data quality through collaboration;
- Productivity Improvement: Collaborate with local teams to enhance productivity through organizational design, process improvements, and elimination of non-value-adding activities;
- Order Management: Manage the Order Center process, deal approvals, contract management, profitability analysis, and competitor pricing analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or economics obtained from an accredited institution;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the following areas Sales, Sales Operations or support, Sales Enablement, Data Analytics, Pricing Management, Contract Management roles with a high level of interface with sales teams;
- Proven track record of achieving business growth.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with other departments;
- Ability to collaborate in matrix organization;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (problem solving, time management, building effective teams, etc...);
- Strong internal customer focus;
- Result oriented, self-motivated, team player;
- Creative thinker and have a vision of how to drive the continuous improvement;
- Strong analytical skill and well-structured personality;
- Fluency in English is a must.
