Eaton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing projects and ensuring the seamless delivery of electrical distribution solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, design principles, and applicable codes for the oil and gas industry.

What you'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, maintaining open communication and establishing trust
- Liaise closely with end users, PMC, and consultants for early engagement to prescribe Eaton's range of solutions for industrial segment oil and gas projects
- Conduct technical presentations and training sessions to create awareness of Eaton solutions
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely implementation of project lifecycle milestones
- Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare project documentation, including project reports, drawings, and specifications
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to electrical distribution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the electrical distribution industry
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, including substations, transformers, and switchgear
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IEC/IEEE/UL
- Valid driver's license required
