The C&I Projects Team Leader - Project Engineer (Client Facing) will cover activities in the UAE. The individual must be technically commercial, shall have strong understanding of project business dynamics, Team Management, as well as being well connected with MEP Contractors, Consultants and End Users top management. The position requires good knowledge of LV Switchgear Systems and Busways.

What you'll do:
- Responsible for low voltage Sales, Business Development & Key Account Management
- Ensure business acquisition from end users, contractors, and panel builders.
- Connect multiple stakeholders in projects to maintain high standards and proper execution.
- Building strong project pipeline through demand creation.
- Instrumental in project's finalization and approval with Contractor, Consultant & End Users.
- Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing market intelligence data on competition products & solutions.
- Exceed sales and profitability metrics to assist in achieving organization growth and profit plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Quality, SCM, and Marketing, to ensure proper coordination.
- Identify and acquire new customers by defining value propositions and offering appropriate solutions.
- Highly collaborative in a matrix organization filled with diversity of backgrounds, experience, and perspectives.
- Coordinate daily with the Technical Support team to facilitate partners.
- Encourage and support partners to expand reach.
- Strong team management skills; motivate the team to achieve sales revenue while complying with Eaton's ethical standards.
- Interact with customers and provide techno-commercial guidance on offer management-related queries.
- Develop standard processes and tools to ensure quality teamwork.
- Support other Business Unit commercial teams to maximize solution coverage.
- Adopt a proactive approach to customer requirements and drive business through continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a recognized institute.
- 10+ years' of experience in sales, business development, and customer engagement within the energy management industry.
Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Energy/Power Distribution products and solutions including Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Energy Management Systems, and Busways.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
- Commercially savvy with strong relationship-building skills, a trusted consultative seller.
- Industry/application experience or knowledge.
- Extensive MEP industry networking.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Initiative and self-management.
- Effective communicator with presentation, sales management, and team management skills.
- Digital mindset.
- Fluent English communication
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred
