What you'll do:

Lead overall continuous improvement strategy plannning and deploying in Suzhou plant.
Promote CI culture and employee CI capability developing.
Be responsible for I4.0 tools deployment and digital transformaiton to support manufacturing upgrade.

1. Develop continuous improvement strategy and deployment plan to meet and achieve sustainable operational improvement.
2. Lead CI council to implement CI activities to achieve plant business objective and goal based on Eaton continuous improvement system.
3. Promote and sustain continuous improvement culture as well as lean tools deployment and employee CI capability development.
4. Responsible for plant I4.0 strategic planning and promote the implementation of smart manufacturing for plant operations;

5 .Responsible for plant digital transformation, deploy and improve digital tools and system to support manufacturing upgrade

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree major of Electrical/Mechanical /Industrial engineering
  2. More than 8 years experience of CI and lean manufacuring
  3. Lean manufacturing/material flow, I4.0, Digital tools deployment, Certified lean master or Six sigma black belt is preferred
  4. Collaborative Style, Good leadership and team management experience, English speak and write skill
