Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a Canada Sales and Country Manager in Mississauga, Ca. Relocation is not offered for this position. This position requires 50% travel.
What you'll do:
The Canada Sales and Country Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations and business activities of Eaton Wiring Devices in Canada. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Canadian market. It is essential to understand major competitors' tactics, organization, distribution strategy, and pricing while keeping management informed of trends and changes. This position will be responsible to ensure that profit plan, major product launches, and key programs are properly planned, executed and managed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of sales and marketing progressive experience with minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the electrical or wiring devices industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Background in the electrical industry.
- Prior experience with DIY and Electrical Distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian market and business environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $119432.34 - $175167.43 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
