Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Support Analyst is responsible for assisting in the collection and consolidation of key metrics and findings from our US operations as inputs to our Hyperscale customers. As a critical member of the business analytics team, this role will manage incoming internal customer requests leading to metric consolidation, dashboard creation, PowerBI navigation assistance and general & technical troubleshooting. Hyperscale customers are requiring daily updates to support their own internal reporting/communications. By providing Tier l,Tier 11, and Tier Ill support, this role will seek to delight internal and external customers by providing responsive solutions that maximize the usage of our data platforms.

Job Responsibilities
• Use Office 365 Tools to create a standardized dashboard, collect daily updates from manufacturing locations and prepare external customer updates
• Send daily reminders to the plants on populating the production data and/or find where this data is being entered and work with the plants to create update templates
• Create new Excel charts and templates for Assemblies plants to support ever changing hyperscale reporting requirements
• Optimize the process by which data is converted from Excel to PPT to PDF for daily reporting. Ideally usage of PowerApps to generate PDFs for customer reporting
• Collaborate with other members of the Business Analytics team to champion best practices and eliminate redundancies.
• Fully understand the data and KPls across all analytics tools supported by the Business Analytics Team
• Actively engage all end users to grow the use of analytics and promote digital mindset across ARS (Assembly and Residential Solutions)
• Contribute meaningful improvements to the user experience by enhancing existing user engagement tools, data visualizations, and report performance optimizations with the platform owner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. (Industrial, Data Science and Analytics, Systems Engineering or related)
- At least 3 years of experience working in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or related STEM fields
- Advanced English level (Business and technical proficient)
Skills:
Technical knowledge
• Experience with various relational databases or data warehouses Proficient with the following languages: DAX, M, and SOL Understanding of data modeling techniques
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a modern Business Intelligence Suite (Microsoft Power Bl+ Azure is preferred)
• Capable of developing solutions that utilize Office 365 applications including Power Automate and Power Apps

• Strong communication skills (english written and verbal)
