What you'll do:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on expanding our market presence in the Jiangsu and Anhui power grid sectors. This role will also involve driving initiatives in renewable energy products and developing demonstration project proposals.Market Expansion:
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Jiangsu and Anhui power grid markets, with a focus on conventional product offerings.
Collaborate with local sales teams to share insights and drive collective success.
Tender Management:
Lead efforts in the centralized bidding projects for State Grid Jiangsu and Anhui, replicating successful models from the Shanghai Bureau.
Guide the tiered bidding process for products such as ring network cabinets (environmentally friendly gas, integration of primary and secondary systems) to ensure optimal package selection.

Product Promotion:
Enhance our market share by promoting our brand of gas-insulated switchgear and advocating for the adoption of compact low-voltage cabinets and components.
Focus on renewable energy collaborations with clients, including commercial microgrid solutions and prefabricated warehouse products.
Performance Metrics:
Set and achieve a preliminary sales target of 10 million RMB for 2025, recognizing the significant market potential in Jiangsu, which is 8-10 times larger than Shanghai.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
Proven experience in business development or sales within the energy sector.
Strong understanding of bidding processes and market dynamics in the power industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
