We seek a Business Development & Portfolio Management Leader , who can be based in our sites in Turin, Italy, or Poland, Tczew, or in France, Le Ulis or Coignieres, to drive strategic growth and manage our product portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding supplier partnerships, and aligning the aftermarket portfolio with market trends and customer needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.

What you'll do:
- Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new aftermarket opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and products.
- Growth Strategies: Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share and revenue in EMEA.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and negotiate strategic partnerships.
- Portfolio Management: Lead the development and execution of the aftermarket portfolio strategy, including product lifecycle management.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage the performance of the aftermarket portfolio, optimizing pricing, positioning, and promotion.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry.
Skills:
- Financial Skills: Proficient in P&L management, cost estimating, and pricing.
- Knowledge of the aftermarket market and customer base.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, any additional languages are an advantage.
- Expertise in value proposition design and communication.
