As a Business Development Manager your primary function of this role is to sell LV/MV Electrical Products for Eaton Power Management and Control Components Business in Egypt to End-users & Developers with the responsibility to manage all aspects of the customers relations, providing sales and technical assistance in close coordination with the authorized channel partners, customers, end users and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to ensure growth and expansion of Eaton's LV/MV Electrical Products in Egypt. This includes strategies for introducing new product lines and achieving incremental growth in existing markets, as well as expanding into new markets
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales analysis reports on a monthly and weekly basis to provide management with sales results and forecasts
• Offer first-line technical strategic approaches with Eaton panel builders for each project to maintain competitive success
• Maintain strong customer relationships with end-users & developers as well as coordinate with consultants & contractors to achieve the desired market position for Eaton's products
• Provide management with insights on product requirements for target markets
• Maintain and manage bookings quota that is to be reported monthly for sales purposes
• Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan
• Conduct/participate in communication meetings to provide feedback on sales (wins & losses), customer preferences/ perception & other economic/market factors that drive & protect core business to secure client design approvals, working closely with consultants on ongoing projects
Qualifications:
• 8 to 10 years experience in Business Development and Possess 8 years of proven experience in sales, specializing in working with end users, including government ministries and private sector clients
• Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial
Skills:
• Strong presentation abilities with a focus on delivering impactful and engaging content
• Excellent communication capabilities both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building
• In-depth knowledge of electrical products and instrumentation, ensuring technical proficiency and understanding
• Proficient in using PC applications and software, demonstrating adaptability to various digital tools
