We are looking for a Business Development Manager for new product launches (Mobile Power Solutions that includes Power Take Offs (PTOs), hydraulic pumps, fittings, tanks, valves and other related mobile hydraulic power components) who will be based in our premises in Tczew, Poland.
Under the direct supervision of the Business Development & Portfolio Management Leader this role is responsible for the commercialization of new product launches and new market entries for the aftermarket business in EMEA in Pull Through AFM Channel / Special Projects.

It will be required expertise knowledge in product lines MPS-mobile power solutions, and customer contacts and knowledge of special vehicles market segment and involves coordinating cross-functional teams for sales growth, inventory planning, and successful product launches, as well as developing training materials and sales tools.
What you'll do:
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth for assigned products/markets.
- Sales Tools and Training: Create competitor cross references, product brochures, presentations, and train sales teams.
- Customer Engagement: Support and attend key customer meetings to drive sales growth.
- Competitive Analysis: Lead assessments to develop product roadmaps and recommend market entry pricing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with teams to ensure on-time delivery, inventory, and revenue targets.
- Performance and Compliance: Evaluate customer performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Automotive industry.
Skills:
- Financial Skills: Proficient in P&L management, cost estimating, and pricing.
- Knowledge of the aftermarket market and customer base.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
- Expertise in value proposition design and communication.
