What you'll do:
- Manage a Team of Program/Project or Launch Managers/Advanced Specialists.
- Identify project scope and continuously managing the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Estimate, budget, and control cost for all project activities such that project is completed within budget (Capital and expenses).
- Control over respective area's HR resources, budget, material and assets.
- Provide monthly project updates of current situation relating to contractual milestones and high risk areas.
- Provide input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
- Direct overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the "Triple Constraint" of Cost/Scope/Schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated.
- Coordinate and complete costing and planning activities with SCM, operations, sales and product engineering with focus on financial performance (ROS, IRR, CFROGC, CONC & Mfg. Std. Profit).
- Plan capacity and capital budgets for new programs to support short term profit planning and long term strategic planning.
- Appropriate capital and manage spending, and develop manufacturing strategies for new products including outsourcing strategies and pricing strategies.
- Manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a matrix environment.
- Monitor overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.
- Manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate
- Leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk.
- Overall execution of complex component and/or system programs in accordance with Eaton.

Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical field from a nationally accredited university.
- Min. 2 years of experience in Program Management.
- Experience in managing the team in manufacturing/industry/project management area.
Skills:
- Knowledge of contracts.
- Knowledge of corporate and project finance.
- Engineering knowledge, Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Knowledge of Prolaunch (or other methodology) for product development process.
- English and Polish - advanced level.
- Negotiations and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrates a collaborative style, drive for results.
- Proven leadership skills.
