What you'll do:
- Responsible for supporting low voltage activities with key account engineers for contractors
- Ensure business acquisition from end users, contractors, and panel builders
- Connect with the internal sales team and help them achieve their targets with a engineering analysis support.
- Build a strong project pipeline through demand creation via EUs and ministries
- Play a key role in project finalization and approval with contractors, consultants, and end users
- Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Marketing, to ensure proper coordination
- Identify and acquire new customers by defining value propositions and offering appropriate solutions
- Foster a highly collaborative environment in a matrix organization with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
- Encourage and support partners to expand their reach in the UAE market
- Demonstrate strong team management skills; motivate and support the team to achieve growth while complying with ethical standards
- Interact with customers and provide techno-commercial guidance on offer management-related queries
- Adopt a proactive approach to customer requirements and drive business through continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar subject is required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE market
- Knowledge in low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) products
Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with end users and utilities
- Proven ability to open doors for the sales team with A contractors
- Excellent relationship management with C level
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
