Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Bellows Cell Specialist.
The hours for this role are 3:00PM-11:00PM.
The hourly rate for this position is $36.59 per hour.

What you'll do:
Job Summary
The position involves setting up and operating a variety of manual, N.C., and CNC machines, including lathes, turret lathes, milling machines, and multi-spindle machines, to produce a wide range of parts. The role requires working from blueprints, method sheets, and verbal instructions, utilizing shop mathematics for calculations, and selecting appropriate speeds and feeds. Operators must ensure precision and maintain multiple dimensions, perform first piece checks, and continuously improve quality, cost, and service.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual, N.C., and CNC lathes, turret lathes, milling machines, and multi-spindle machines.
- Work from blueprints, method sheets, and verbal instructions to produce parts.
- Perform ordinary calculations for rotary tables, index, and spacer heads, and select speeds and feeds based on material and finish requirements.
- Ensure close tolerances and maintain concentricity, parallelism, and squareness of parts.
- Conduct first piece checks and verify the accuracy of own work.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, observe safety precautions, and move parts as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment operating manual, NC and CNC Turning and Milling
Skills:
Technical knowledge
- Requires the use of fairly complicated drawings, mathematics, handbook formulas, and a variety of precision measuring instruments such as Verniers, dial bore gauges, indicators, and comparators.
Soft skills
- Requires planning and performing unusual and difficult work where considerable ingenuity and judgment are required in the setup and operation.
