What you'll do:

"A. Be responsible for planning and purchasing material, handling AP from vendors
B. Optimize material requisition plan, purchase order management and delivery management to ensure smooth supply of raw material

C. Control inventory at appropriate level, preventing and managing slow moving materials
D. Handle material issues to minimize the lost caused by line shut down. "
"A. Place appropriate purchasing orders as per SAP requisition plan, and release to vendors after verification by related authority.
B. Confirm purchasing orders timely and manage overdue orders.
C. Periodically review o/s orders with suppliers, and re-confirm the delivery schedule with vendors in accordance with pull in/push out/cancel information in MRP.
D. Opportunely provide W/O material shortage report and sales order material status report everyday
E. Confirm the accuracy of materials parameters with sourcing/manufacturer and update the correct information periodically.
F. Handle materials delivery issue, quality issue etc. in time to ensure the material delivery schedule can fulfill production request.
G. Review suppliers' payment statements and collect all AP from vendors monthly
H. Keep good and close communication with vendors, and participate in the vendor performance evaluation.
I. Control inventory at appropriate level to achieve company's material turn over target.
J. Prevent and manage slow moving materials.
K. ECN approval and materials management.
L. Handling EOL materials.
M.Spot buy.
N. Samples order, PPAP and spec. approval, etc."

Qualifications:

College education or above

Skills:

"1, ERP system, especially module of SAP MM/PP
2, Reading, oral and writing in English"
"1. Good communication with other departments and negotiation tactics
2. Strong quick learning and self-study ability.
3. Can achieve outstanding performance under work pressure "
