Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Clerk will also handle general administrative tasks and provide support to HR staff as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Ensure confidentiality of all HR-related information.
Recruitment Support
Assist with job postings and advertisements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and benefits paperwork.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing HR-related events and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to HR staff as needed.
Handle routine office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and answering phones.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
Knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledge in Costa Rica's labor
