Eaton Corporation's Commercial Distribution Products and Assemblies Division has an opening for an Associate Customer Service Representative located in Fayetteville, NC. This role will be onsite 5 days a week.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $56250.0 - $82500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The primary purpose of this position is to recommend, plan, implement, coordinate, and control a wide variety of order management activities while specializing in one or more of the following: customer relations, production loading and scheduling, order quotation, order entry, and order flow, while meeting plant's customer service and sales objectives.

In this function you will:
- Functions as primary point of contact for assigned customer related inquiries and represents the voice of the customer within the facility.
- Manage order processing from receipt of order to delivery and invoicing.
- Negotiate renewal parts orders, change notices, request for return material to ensure profitability.
- Provides continuous and proactive communication to our Eaton order and/or project representatives on order status throughout the manufacturing cycle, in anticipation of customers' needs and maintain on-time performance.
- Ensure issues are escalated to customer service manager for prompt investigation and action as required.
- Coordinates internal activities of all departments involved to achieve customer commitments.
- Resolves issues by achieving a mutually acceptable solution between Eaton and the customer. Represents Eaton in delivering plant recovery plans.

- Participate in customer and plant meetings as needed.
- Conduct and control meetings with others, as required, to coordinate efforts, resolve difficulties, and gather data in order to assure a high level of performance.
- Control scheduling and dollar additions for incoming customer change notice request. Maintain the proper processing of change notices.
- Administer order entry, order flow, and the plant backlog.
- Prepare and provide proper customer documentation such as drawings, instruction manuals, and descriptive bulletins.
- Negotiate renewal parts orders, change notices, request for return material to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate the customer survey and proactively build strong customer relationship processes.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited institution OR Four (4) years experience interfacing with customers in a manufacturing environment.
- Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP/Vista/AS400 desirable
