What you'll do:
This is an individual contributor role supporting CRM utilization & BI Reporting. This requires working closely with the sales operations teams to understand their requirement and drive its implemntation within Salesforce or BI platforms based on the need. The role involves ownership of managing CRM data and its analytical use cases.
- Act as the primary business admin for Salesforce, managing user queries, access requests & troubleshooting
- Collaborate with regional super users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce to support business needs.
- Create, plan & provide training to Salesforce users to enhance their proficiency and usage.

- support user queries, access requests for Salesforce & Power BI dashboards
- Design, Develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards focused on sales operations.
- Work closely with business on understanding reporting needs, establishing/documenting requirements & creating reports/dashboards using BI Tools
- End to End ownership of the report/dashboards, ensuring data quality, accuracy, driving cadence, defining KPI's with business
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support various business functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 - 3 Yrs in Salesforce, Power BI
