What you'll do:
TEMPORARY POSITION (6 MONTHS)
Job summary
Will assist in essential administrative activities on the Human Resources area, working with the CPDI Local Human Resources team.
Job responsibilities
A. Onboarding Process support (hiring personnel, integration of the file, Support in payroll incidentes)
B. Offboarding process support (signing of documents terminating the employment relationship and integration of the exit file) and other essential activities.
C. Support in the administration of personnel benefits.
D. Support employees on HR benefits and process doubts.

E. Support Responsible for the HR entries for payroll processing including timely entry of employee changes to the employee profile in the HR Systems in order to ensure employee information accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education level required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from an accredited institution required.
Years and area of experience required
• 1 year of experience on HR
Technical knowledge
• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Strong comunication skills
• Significant experience with day-to-day application of HR policies and procedures.
• Significant experience with positive employee relations policies and programs.
• Basic to Intermediate english profiency, (able to read and write)
