What you'll do:
• Responsibility for sales management of our customer relationships as well as business development and new customer acquisition in the assigned territory in close cooperation with the EMEA Sales Manager Wine
• Selling BECO filter systems and media as well as SIHA beverage treatment products to our customers and distributors in your sales territory in accordance with assigned targets and KPIs
• (Technical) advice to customers and commercial negotiations
• Develop and implement effective sales tactics/plans to grow our business and develop new market opportunities/new customers
• Systematically analyze markets, customers and competitive activities and provide input / feedback for marketing and business development
• Managing the sales territory and tracking actual sales against plan to achieve sales and performance targets
• Grow the business and expand the customer base by identifying potential partners/customers/markets and developing appropriate channels to capitalize on new business opportunities in coordination with the EMEA Sales Manager Wine
• Management and Training of distributors
Qualifications:
• Completed studies in the field of oenology, beverage technology or food technology or completed vocational training as a cellar master and/or viticulture/oenology technician or proven comparable qualification
• Professional experience in sales of consumer goods in the B2B market, ideally in the food and wine market
• Solid sales experience in the filtration/life sciences industry
Skills:
• Understanding of product specifications, customer processes and market dynamics
• Ability to work remotely independently and autonomously within your territory
• Fluency in English and an Eastern European language (German or another Eastern European language is an advantage)
• Travel within the sales territory
