Situated in a prime location next to the Helsinki airport, the Vantaa facility will serve as Eaton's Critical Power Solutions headquarters and a center of excellence for data centers.

What you'll do:

As an Application Engineer Trainee, you will serve as a technical specialist for large UPS systems and Special System customers across the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal sales teams by analyzing customer requirements and providing technical and commercial guidance on UPS requests.
• Preparing quotations and designing UPS solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders, including R&D, Product Marketing, Production, Sales, and Suppliers.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you are expected to act ethically and uphold Eaton's Values and Philosophy. You should demonstrate a proactive interest in developing your work, skills, and competencies.

Qualifications:

• You are a B.Sc. or Master's student in Electrical Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant studies completed.
• Technical knowledge on power electronics and/or three phase electrical systems and solutions.
• Experience on UPS/frequency converter technologies and assemblies is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and basics in Finnish
• Strong work ethic, communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, resilience
