What you'll do:
The Strategic Sourcing Analyst is a key member of the Global IT SCM team, as part of the wider Global Indirect team. This role involves working in an international environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams from various countries (particularly North America). The exposure offered by this position provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into different markets, procurement practices, and cultural perspectives, thereby enhancing professional development and broadening expertise.
"• Support Strategic Sourcing: Review and maintain central repository of ongoing IT Sourcing Projects - ensuring that data integrity is correct and that Sourcing owners are correctly assigned.
• Project Management: Manage updates of IT Sourcing Projects to support accurate reporting.

• Contract Reviews: Support the Global IT Sourcing team's review of requests. These requests include MSAs, SaaS Agreements, Software Licence Agreements, RFx and SOWs
• Vendor Resource Demand Planning: Review and approve IT Sourcing requests - particularly SOWs, aligning with the Resource Demand Planning strategy.
• RFx Events: Collaborate with the ESSP team to support RFx activity.
• Digital Tools Deployment: Support the deployment and adoption of digital solutions across the Indirect SCM team - specifically focussed on ServiceNow and CLM.
• DPO: Support working capital goals (DPO) by managing IT vendor base and increasing payment terms.
• Data Analysis: Analyze IT Sourcing data, identifies trends, and prepares reports to support decision-making and improve procurement processes.
• Data Integrity: Support the ongoing data cleansing to ensure accuracy across multiple tools and metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Assess and manage risks associated with SCM activities.

Qualifications:
Masters with 5-6 years / Bachelors with 6-8 years of experience in SCM processes , Category Management , driving initiatives by working with Category managers to find out opportunities.
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus
Skills:
"Sourcing , Negosiations ,Contract reviews, RFx Events, Data Analysis. Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management.
Experience of IT procurement is a plus.. "
