What you'll do:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Content Author with a proven track record in producing engaging, high-quality content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to adapt content to suit diverse audiences and formats. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to craft content that aligns with our brand's voice and drives results.
• Assist in creation, editing, and publishing of web content using our Content Management System Adobe Experience Management.
• Ensure that all content meets UX and AE (authoring standards).
• Conduct reviews and audits of web content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEO best practices.

• Report and fix any issues related to web content, such as broken links and any other errors.
• Closely collaborate with business stakeholders from various countries as well as from other functions (IT, Master Data Management, Translations, Analytics, etc.)
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and timely publication.
• Assist in the optimization of web content for improved performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Support web publishing projects by participating in planning sessions, maintaining project documentation, and tracking process.
A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, User Experience, digital marketing, linguistics, or a related field
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience with content authoring tools preferred AEM
Skills:
- Preferred additional experience might include basic HTML/CSS skills for web formatting.
- Digital native - comfortable using tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for formatting content, embedding links, or ensuring that the content displays correctly on different devices.
- Prior experience in web content management or digital marketing is required.
- Able to articulate technical and creative concepts and requirements to a variety of audiences
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Good command over English is a must, any other languages are a plus
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- At least one "hand on" implementation of AEM sites and/or assets (preferences on sites). There is just experience you get through setting it up that you do not gain through learning how to use the system. This person should have hands on knowledge of how the templates, content strategy, user groups, workflows, permissions and MSM were setup. This would be a very strong nice to have.
- Experience in implementing and enforcing content strategy - knowing the "why" not just the "how"
- Thorough experience in working in a MSM version of sites, content and experience fragments and translation workflows. These are where we have more complexity than other AEM implementations I have seen.
- Ability to walk through process and workflows to identify where a user may get "stuck" and help train/coach.
- Lead a cadence of training and continuing education or the authoring team
- Create and maintain training documentation where/when necessary
