What you'll do:
"The primary role is to support the Global Eaton Businesses for ERP data health management.
This individual will support the Global Materials team and Eaton sites for deployment, execution and sustenance of ERP Health process. The scope is further extended to taking new transitions and deploying planning data health capabilities. The role will primarily focus on ERP Health and MDM but shall also encompass aspects of overall Materials Management for Industrial Manufacturing.
The individual should have general understanding of Materials Management with good understanding of planning parameters, materials requirement planning, purchasing and inventory management.
This is a individual contributor role but shall involve working with global, cross-functional team which is critical to role success."

"• Demonstrate functional knowledge & working experience related to materials management & understanding of concepts related to ERP data, planning parameters, transactional data(purchasing, production), material requirement planning and their intersections with purchasing and inventory management.
• Enhance & support the ERP Health initiatives and possess a good understanding of master data management, capabilities and best practices.
• Work on ERP health processes and drive improvement in businesses with a keen focus on business feedback and improvements.
• Drives continuous improvement to the process and help in horizontal deployment of best practices
• Responsible for sharing with the team, best practices, continuous improvement of process, development of process standards, compliance with materials planning processes, and reporting in alignment with the regional and global supply chain organization
• Good communication & presentation skills to work with global, regional & local materials management teams across the plants and divisional entities.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems preferably one out of SAP/ Oracle/ Mfg Pro/MAPICS
• Work on developing standard work in co-ordination with cross functional teams to deliver high quality, prompt ERP health analytics/reporting services.
• A team player with willingness to work across multiple cross-functional engagements and learning agility towards adoption of digital tool and technologies.
• Comfortable in working across multiple geographies and global stakeholders
• Preferred understanding of big data concepts, visualization tools and query languages like data lake, cloudera, powerbi, SQL etc."
Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate + preferred MBA(Operations)
3-6 years of relevant experience into Materials, Inventory Optimization & Inventory control.
Skills:
"• Proficient skills level in MS Office: Advanced Excel and Power Point presentations.
• Proficient and good hands on exposure on ERP (Preferred Oracle, SAP, Mfg. Pro)
• Preferred exposure into MS Access, SQL and PowerBI query building. "
