What you'll do:
This professional is responsible for preparing and properly communicating to different stakeholders the market projections and products of Mobility Group in South America in different decision-making forums (SIOP, quotations, etc), and leading the process of elaboration, dissemination and approval of the Annual Plan (Profit Plan) and 5-year Sales Plan (Strategic Plan), performing all regional and global interfaces at different levels, from technical to senior leadership.

1. Prepare market forecasts of the segments served by MGSA and properly disseminate them to the different stakeholders of this information considering macro and microeconomic aspects and specific discussions with direct customers (to capture relevant information as a strategy, credit, inventory, etc.), end customers (fleet owners, distributors, car dealerships), and industry peers (forums such as Sindipeças, for example), as well as representatives from Eaton Economics (PMI):
1.1. Teams involved with the SIOP process: present the projections, and participate in meetings of the SIOP cycle, supporting the teams' volume analysis, as appropriate, providing insight to the critical analysis of customer demand. The volume analysis may also cover other markets (exports), according to their relevance;
1.2. Senior Regional and Global Leadership: present market projections to the Senior Leadership of VG and VGSA, including the relevant information that supports the assumptions adopted in the preparation of the projections, in order to make the market situation clear to this audience;
1.3. Teams involved with quotations (Sales, Controllership, Manufacturing Engineering and others) and projects (PMO): present the specific projections involved in quotation processes and volume projections for new product projects, starting from the market, share, application, etc, until reaching the projection of volumes of the products involved in the quotations and projects, for the domestic and also export markets;
1.4. Represent the region in the regular interface with the Market Planning Global and Eaton Economics teams, for discussions and reporting on market conditions, unfolding the results of the discussions to the local teams, including senior leadership, as appropriate.
1.5. In situations of high uncertainty, it seeks to anticipate what may happen to the market, and develop different scenarios to carry out specific debates with Senior Leadership, supporting the preparation of appropriate plans for each case.
2. Prepare the Annual Sales Plan (Profit Plan) and 5-year Sales Plan (Strategic Plan)
2.1. Prepare the entire roll of information (market projections, BP, customers, volumes, prices, etc.);
2.2. Lead meetings to discuss assumptions and volumes with the Business Units teams, aiming to project sales volumes (units and value) for the following year(s) as accurately as possible, providing absolute clarity on the factors present in the projections (market growth (PMI), variations in the share of customers and/or the company's products with customers, price, Penetration/Attrition, pre-buy events, etc);
2.3. Participates in the preparation of the presentation for the work teams and General Manager of the Business Units, which must include all the assumptions involved that support volumes, sales projections, market and share variations (penetration and attrition), projected prices, and relevant information such as booked, unbooked, KSI, strawman, Risks & Opportunities sales, for decision making regarding plan approval or review.
2.4. Assists in preparing the region's submission for submission of plans at the VG level, and supports regional leadership with pre-submission information.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Administration, Economics or Egineering
- Experience in market intelligence, strategic planning
- Experience in the automotive sector desirable
Technical knowledge
- Experience with Business Intelligence, Automotive Market, Macro Economic trends
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced English (participation in conversations, meetings, making presentations)
Soft skills
- Strong interpersonal, team-building skills and experience presenting recommendations to senior executives
- Advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and a strong awareness of larger team/department strategies and customer needs.
- Be able to work on multiple projects at one time (time management skills)
- Ability to create compelling management presentation
- Experienced individual contributors able to adapt broader policies and programs to meet the organization business needs.
- Ability to work independently and to provide consultative advice within specific functional areas.
- Discretion and proper judgment must be exercised in maintaining the confidentiality of the projects supported by the businesses."
