The Agile Delivery Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning and delivery, fostering servant leadership to enhance team efficiency, and providing motivation for process improvement. Collaboration with Product Owners, engineers, and team members is key to executing the product roadmap, guiding the product development lifecycle, crafting user stories, and managing the product backlog.
Moreover, this role will actively contribute to the modernization strategy, roadmap, and implementation of data and application integration technology, prioritizing a cloud-first approach when applicable. Engaging in both business and technical dialogues, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and supporting Eaton's data mesh strategy are integral aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Agile projects.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and monitor project progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Train, mentor, and support Scrum teams.
• Assist with road mapping, planning, and capacity management.
• Collect, track, and report Agile and Lean metrics.
• Communicate updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Support cost tracking, vendor management, and resource planning
• Ensure committed milestone dates are met and hold the team accountable for deadlines.
• Manage cross-functional IT and business resources, ensuring accountability for deliverables.
Data Management & Integration Responsibilities
• Support data and application integration technology.
• Engage in technical discussions and drive architectural decisions
• Ensure scalable and reusable data products
• Facilitating the planning of work involved in data management and integration delivery
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure alignment with data strategies.
• Aligning data management delivery work with data governance frameworks.
• Ensuring delivery work adheres to data engineering best practices for Snowflake.
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree from an accredited intuition
• Minimum seven (7) years of IT experience or a graduate of the Eaton leadership development program
• Minimum five (5) years of experience leading projects or delivery efforts, preferably in IT, but demonstrated experience managing other types of projects is also acceptable
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of one of the locations Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC listed on the job description.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with Agile software tools and producing Agile artifacts.
• Good understanding of Project Finance management.
• Familiarity with modern software development principles.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
• Experience in a leadership role within a large-scale Agile transformation.
