Eaton's ES AMER MCO division is currently seeking a Agile Coach. This is a remote role within the United States.

What you'll do:

The Agile Coach will be empowered to apply an agile operating framework to Eaton's Electrical Sector Americas marketing communications and commercial data organization. You'll help us align on a standard operating model, and will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring key roles and the team members within the organization around Agile concepts. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in various Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP (Extreme Programming) and Scaling frameworks (SAFe), and is energized by the thought of establishing a new operating model within Eaton!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on Agile basics, user stories, ceremonies to key business roles, and provide other targeted training as needed.
  • Help teams learn and use Agile software tools and measurement artifacts like Jira, Roadmap, Persona, Healthy backlog
  • Cultivate Product centric mindset and great cross-team collaboration
  • Help to identify the best metrics to enable standard measurements across business teams
  • Assist in the development of business product plans and roadmaps across multiple products and value streams
  • Forge partnerships and relationships with organizational leaders to accelerate their Agile transformations
  • Develop change management plans to overcome resistance to change
  • Observe multi-team ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums and Retrospectives and provide coaching and feedback
  • Facilitate lean events to fulfill organizational outcomes
  • Drive and execute on Digital Mindset training curriculum that can be used across the organization

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Agile operating models.
  • Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in marketing, process improvement, IT, or relevant field.
  • Agile certifications (e.g, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach, Certified Agile Trainer, SPC - SAFe Program Consultant)

Skills:

  • Skilled at facilitating conversations across regions and teams to identify how to transform in an agile operating model without being disruptive
  • A firm understanding of how to implement an agile operating model
  • Familiarity with marketing communication and commercial data operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) & agile operating software (Jira, Azure Dev Ops)
  • Detail orientated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization across regions and sectors
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

The expected annual salary range for this role is $105000.03 - $154000.04 a year.
