The impact you will have in this role:

The Technology Research & Innovation (TRI) team is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to establish and implement a structured framework for ways of working within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, tracked effectively, and aligned with organizational objectives to support the overarching company strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and an exceptional communicator, capable of providing compelling executive-level updates on team accomplishments. This role will work across teams to ensure that project data remains a single source of truth, driving clear and informed reporting, while coaching teams on standard processes for implementing initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Additionally, the Program Manager will oversee resource budgeting across the portfolio, managing SOWs, contracts, licenses, and other financial components.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a structured framework for ways of working, ensuring efficiency and consistency across research and innovation projects
  • Deliver regular executive-level updates that clearly articulate team accomplishments and progress toward strategic goals
  • Maintain a single source of truth for all project information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Develop automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide insight into project status, resourcing, and impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach, helping teams navigate challenges and optimize execution
  • Manage and track the portfolio's resource budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of funds
  • Act as a communication bridge between delivery teams and senior management
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a learning environment, promoting experimentation, and implementing standard processes for innovation management

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on innovation, research, or emerging technology
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Project Management, Research, Innovation Management
  • Proven ability to develop and implement project frameworks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and SOWs at a portfolio level
  • Strong knowledge of project tracking, dashboard tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, compelling executive updates
  • Experience in agile, lean, or hybrid project methodologies
  • SAFe, PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications are a plus
