The impact you will have in this role:

The Talent Management & Development team delivers processes and programs which engage, develop, and retain organizational talent. Our team delivers talent solutions which enable leaders to assess, develop, engage, and progress every employee to optimize individual and organizational performance. Through these efforts, our strategic goal is to build a robust and diverse pipeline of future leaders, with the right capabilities to thrive in leadership roles and create competitive advantage for DTCC, now and in the future.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Track New Hire Enrollment Data:
  • Inspect and correct new hire training progress across various departments and teams
  • Track, follow-up, and ensure completion of all DTCC Required Training modules

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze learner data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Create and present regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics, progress, and potential issues
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend process optimizations

Raise and Resolve Issues:
  • Act as a liaison between learners, people managers, and other key partners to raise any enrollment or completion issues
  • Proactively communicate delays, errors, or discrepancies and work towards timely resolution

Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data trends and feedback from employees, contingent workers, and managers
  • Collaborate with team leaders to implement standard processes and address challenges

Learning Helpdesk Escalations:
  • Provide guidance and support to learners and managers who encounter issues with training

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while following a documented process flow
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of process documentation and how-to guides

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the broader People Development team, HR, IT, and training teams to ensure a seamless training experience
  • Provide feedback to leaders on how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training

Qualifications:
  • Entry Level - internship experience highly preferred
  • Detail Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking data and resolving issues with the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying issues quickly and raising them effectively to resolve potential challenges
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), spreadsheets, and other data tracking tools
  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn new tools and methods to improve the onboarding process and grow in a data analytics-focused role


Talents Needed for Success:
  • Demonstrate knowledge of standard business technologies (Core MS Office Suite, Visio, Mural, etc.) relevant to own work to enhance efficiency, quality and effectiveness of work outputs
  • Organize own workload effectively and prioritizes tasks and deliverables
  • Work quickly and efficiently on different tasks or assignments; maintains productivity with multiple, competing demands; communicates accurate status to team lead
  • Use HR technology in support of delivering talent solutions within and across business lines
  • Capture and organize data from internal and/or external sources in logical and/or practical ways to support retrieval and manipulation, creating data collection tools, for example questionnaires, surveys, and structured interviews
