The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Technology Research & Innovation team, the Associate will blend traditional business analysis with technology research and internal/external communications. This role will continuously explore emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and solve business challenges. Additionally, the Research & Content Associate will serve as a marketing and communication resource, crafting compelling narratives that showcase TRI's accomplishments within the company as well as across the financial industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business analysis, emerging technology, and strategic communication. Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to highlight TRI projects, successes, and thought leadership
- Create engaging content such as newsletters, articles, presentations, and reports to effectively share insights, initiatives, and success stories across the organization and industry
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for DTCC
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights, presenting recommendations to leadership and key partners
- Collaborate with teams across DTCC to explore innovative ways to solve business challenges using technology
- Leverage social media platforms, industry forums, and other key resources to stay up to date on technology trends
- Support academia partnerships by driving research projects with students

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience as a Business Analyst, Communication Specialist
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology
- Strong research and analytical skills with a passion for emerging technology and innovation
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex topics
- Proven experience developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, including gathering and documenting requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence partners with compelling insights and recommendations
- Experience using digital tools for research, communication, and content distribution
